If the JCI member develops into a better person this leads to the overall development of the chapter. The simple concept of chapter management and even family management is managing "man, material and money"
The training also covered various details of history of JCI, world level office bearers, National level office bearers, roles and responsibilities of Chapter Governing Board (CGB) members.
Details of the various JCI programs available to members and their children were also shared to the chapter members
